Kim Scott is the author of Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity and Just Work: How To Root Out Bias, Prejudice, and Bullying to Create a Kick-Ass Culture of Inclusion and co-founder of the companies Radical Candor and Just Work. Kim was a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtrics, Twitter, and other tech companies. She was also a member of the faculty at Apple University and before that led AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick teams at Google. She’s managed a pediatric clinic in Kosovo and started a diamond-cutting factory in Moscow. She lives with her family in Silicon Valley.

Kelly Leonard is the executive director of insights and applied improvisation at Second City Works. He is also the author of the book, Yes, And: Lessons from The Second City, host of the podcast Getting to Yes, And, and a popular speaker on the power of improvisation to transform people’s lives. Kelly looks at behavioral science through the lens of improv. For 20 years, he helped generate original productions with such talent as Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Amy Poehler, Seth Meyers, Steve Carell and others.

Jason Rosoff has a passion for building products and teams that scale, and believes teaching people to be better leaders is at the core of building anything great. Prior to Radical Candor, Jason spent seven years scaling Khan Academy from four people to hundreds as both chief people officer and chief product officer. Working in partnership with The Gates Foundation and Google, he helped Khan Academy improve educational outcomes for more than 100 million students and teachers worldwide.

Amy Sandler has shared Radical Candor around the world, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, across many industries. An executive coach, corporate mindfulness trainer and professional speaker, Amy has more than 20 years of experience in senior marketing roles including YPO, Vistage and UCLA. She has an AB and MBA from Harvard University, an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA and is a certified teacher of the Search Inside Yourself leadership program developed at Google.

Elizabeth Howard is responsible for managing key accounts and strategically crafting live and digital content from creation to delivery at Second City Works. Highly skilled in field production, production management, account management and business development, she has an M.Ed in secondary education and an MFA in media and performance arts from DePaul University.

As a program administrator with more than 10 years of experience designing and managing educational and training programs, Nora Wilcox has spent the majority of her career in the non-profit arts where she has helped organizations successfully scale their offerings, build cohesive and effective teams, and develop operational strategy for growth. Prior to joining Radical Candor, Nora was the associate director of education for the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival.

Brandi Neal

Director of Content, Radical Candor

A professional writer, editor, storyteller and content strategist with more than 15 years of experience, Brandi Neal is the director of content for Radical Candor. In one of her previous jobs, she worked as a web development copywriter and a script writer at L.L.Bean where she wrote and starred in product videos, including an instructional skiing video even though she does not know how to ski. A former daily newspaper reporter, Brandi has a BA in journalism from the University of Toledo and an MFA in nonfiction from Stonecoast at the University of Southern Maine.
